Refund policy

All Moment 2 Magnet products are custom-made to order using your personal photos. Because every item is uniquely created for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong photo selection, or similar reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our end, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Please make sure to review your photo carefully before placing your order. We print exactly what you upload, so double-check that your image is clear, properly cropped, and the one you intended to use.
