By placing an order with Moment 2 Magnet (operated by Fawn Myra Media Group LLC), you agree to the following terms.

You are responsible for the content you upload. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for orders placed using images you do not have the right to reproduce.

We produce your magnets exactly as you submit them. Please review your photo and cropping carefully before checkout. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by low-resolution images, incorrect photo selection, or cropping errors made during the upload process.

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and print materials. This is normal and not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem inappropriate, including but not limited to obscene, hateful, or copyrighted material belonging to third parties.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Any promotions or discount codes are valid only while active and may be withdrawn at any time.
